Alexandra Wherrett – Self-Portrait at 4am, Left-handed
Born out of a mother’s necessity to do everything one-handed, I have taught myself to draw left-handed, giving me the freedom to breastfeed on both breasts and draw my perspective on me. For this is how I see myself. Entangled with my children. Finding it difficult to see where I end and my children begin. A merging of identities.
